**Job Overview**

The User Acceptance Software Tester participates and contributes to the successful completion of software deployment and the correct implementation of customer requirements and the expectations of end-users. Your role will involve identifying and reporting defects, conducting test scenarios, and collaborating closely with the development and professional services team to enhance product quality. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and possess a keen eye for detail, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our software products.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Review software requirements and functional specifications to develop test scenarios and cases
- Develop UAT test plans and test cases, considering different user scenarios and workflows.
- Execute test plans according to established schedules and priorities.
- Analyze test results, prepare comprehensive defect reports, and provide feedback to stakeholders.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring accurate and detailed reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, services consultants, and product owners, to ensure prompt resolution of issues and implementation of enhancements.
- Share knowledge and insights with team members to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Experience in Manual Testing is Optional
- 1-3 years experience as a User Acceptance Tester or a similar role in software testing.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in creating test cases, executing tests, and reporting defects.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools and test management systems.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented approach and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality software products.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.

**Education**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
