Audit, Analyse the existing Database architecture and environment, Recommend solutions to improve new and existing database systems.
- Recommend solutions to improve new and existing database systems.
- Manage and administer Oracle databases, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Design and implement Oracle database architecture and develop database solutions that meet the Customer needs.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to identify and resolve database-related issues.
- Optimize database performance by monitoring and tuning database parameters, implementing best practices, and improving processes.
- Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions.
- Implement and maintain database security, backup, and recovery procedures.
- Plan and coordinate database upgrades, migrations, and patches.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on new database technologies and tools.
- Provide technical support and guidance to developers and other IT staff.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in Oracle database administration and architecture.
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle database technologies, including Oracle RAC, Data Guard, ASM, and Grid Control.
- Experience with Oracle database backup and recovery procedures and database security protocols. ( RMAN.etc)
- Should have experience in patching, monitoring, analysing and fixing the production environment
- Should have experience in migration of database from 12g to 19C
- Strong understanding of SQL and PL/SQL
- Experience with database performance tuning and optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Oracle DBA certification is preferred.
