**Job description**
The faculty will be responsible for teaching and guiding students through IELTS exam and implementing teaching strategies that are in sync with the organization's vision.
**What you'll do**:
- Deliver high-quality classroom sessions for IELTS.
- Closely monitor students' progress and guide them with a proper prep plan to help them accomplish their target scores.
- Must demonstrate a highly professional approach toward preparing and following the session plans and communicating with the students and their parents, as you will be interacting with people from a diverse range of age and professional background.
- Contribute towards developing new content for academic and marketing purposes, as per the requirements arising from time to time.
- Prepare and deliver seminars, workshops, webinar for both academic and promotional requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language is a must.
**What you'll need**:
- Minimum Graduation in relevant field with proven work experience of 1 to 5 years.
- Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
