Job Title: IELTS Trainer

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct IELTS preparation classes (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
- Design and deliver lesson plans and strategies tailored to individual student needs.
- Assess student’s performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Conduct mock IELTS exams and provide detailed feedback.
- Track student’s progress and develop appropriate strategies to meet their goals.
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam patterns and requirements.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to engage and motivate students.
- Assist students with queries related to the IELTS exam structure, test-taking strategies, and time management.
- Develop and maintain teaching materials and resources.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions with students when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- IELTS certification or proven high IELTS score (preferably band 7 or above).
- Prior experience as an IELTS Trainer or in teaching English as a second language.
- Strong knowledge of the IELTS test format and question types.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching.
- Ability to tailor lessons to students' needs and learning styles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred:

- TESOL, CELTA, or TEFL certification.
