Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct IELTS/TOEFL/ PTE Classes**: Deliver engaging and interactive classes focused on all four components: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- **Assess Student Needs**:Conduct assessments to understand each student's strengths and areas for improvement.
- **Develop Lesson Plan**s: Prepare lesson plans tailored to the varying skill levels of students and ensure they align with IELTS and PTE formats.
- **Monitor Student Progress**: Regularly evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- **Provide Exam Strategies**: Teach effective test-taking strategies, including time management, question analysis, and answer presentation.
- **Create Learning Materials**:Develop practice exercises, mock tests, and other resources that enhance learning outcomes.
- **Maintain Student Records**: Document attendance, progress reports, and any concerns to provide detailed insights to the team and students.
- **Support Students Outside Class**:Be available for individual counseling sessions to address specific concerns or areas of improvement.
- **Stay Updated with Test Changes**: Keep up-to-date with changes to IELTS and PTE formats and incorporate the latest strategies into the curriculum.

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.

**Experience**:Minimum 1-5 years’ experience as an IELTS/PTE Trainer.

**Certification**:Certification as an IELTS/TOEFL/ PTE trainer is a plus.

**Language Skills**:Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

**Preferred Location**: Pune Only

**Job Type **: Part Time (Offline) / Classroom Training

**Skills**:
In-depth knowledge of IELTS and PTE exam structures and scoring.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate and inspire students.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Patient, supportive, and able to provide constructive feedback.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300.00 - ₹750.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
