Responsibilities:
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
Travel to all branches, meetings, and functions along with CEO
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Organizing events and conferences.
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients and Collating and filing expenses.
- Conducting research on behalf of the CEO.
Skills:
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Good command over written and spoken English
Qualification: MBA
5 years experience as Executive Secretary
Schedule:
