**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging and responsive website layouts.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups.
- Collaborate with developers to implement web designs.
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
- Maintain consistency with brand identity and user experience.
- Optimize design for performance, SEO, and accessibility.
- Stay updated with latest web design trends and technologies.
- Revise designs based on feedback and user testing.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in web designing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript.
- Experience with responsive frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and modern web aesthetics.
- Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team collaboration abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in animation tools like Lottie or After Effects.
- Basic SEO principles related to web design.
- Knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with tools like Zeplin, InVision, or Canva.
