**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and implement responsive designs** that align with user experience (UX) best practices, ensuring functionality across various devices and screen sizes.
- **Convert design mockups or wireframes into clean, efficient, and scalable code** using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- **Collaborate with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and product managers** to deliver cohesive and interactive user experiences.
- **Optimize web pages for speed and performance**, adhering to modern web standards, cross-browser compatibility, and SEO best practices.
- **Debug and troubleshoot front-end issues**, identifying and fixing bugs to ensure smooth functionality.
- **Ensure accessibility** by implementing best practices and adhering to web accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Stay updated on the latest web design trends, front-end frameworks, and industry tools to enhance development efficiency and user experience.
- **Work with version control systems** like Git for code management and collaboration.

**Requirements**:

- **Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript**, with a strong understanding of modern web standards and best practices.
- **Experience in responsive design** and working with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, Foundation, or Tailwind.
- **Familiarity with JavaScript libraries and frameworks** (e.g., jQuery, React, or Vue.js) is a plus.
- **Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues** and ways to address them.
- **Strong attention to detail** with a creative mindset for crafting engaging and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
- **Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles**, including wireframing and prototyping.
- Experience with **version control systems** (e.g., Git/GitHub) for code collaboration and version management.
- **Problem-solving mindset** with the ability to troubleshoot and debug front-end code.
- **Good communication and teamwork skills**, with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
