**Job Overview**:
We are hiring **female Telecalling & Sales Support Executives** to join our dynamic team at one of Hyderabad’s fastest-growing real estate companies. If you're an enthusiastic communicator with a passion for sales and customer engagement, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Clearly explain real estate project details and offerings.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for field sales staff.
- Follow up with leads and assist in converting them to sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass (Intermediate or higher)
- **Experience**: 0-3 years (Freshers are welcome)
- **Languages**: English + Telugu or Hindi (multilingual preferred)
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and build rapport with clients
- Basic computer knowledge
- Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month
