Position: Exports Sales-Executive / Manager -FMCG- About Company NRG GROUP With 22 years of business experience overseas and in India the team is now set for export practices from India. Here at NRG Foods, we have got thorough knowledge of overseas customer needs, regulations and requirements. Been having in business operations overseas, NRG Foods has taken every requirement of the product and services into account and keenly designed and created a state of art facilities. Within a span of 18 months from its inception NRG Foods could able to associate with 102 brands in FMCG sector in India besides having set high quality specs in Agricultural commodities. Now we are exporting to UK, Africa, UAE, and Ireland. We have plans to expand our marketing to 57 countries.. We are looking for a personal with commitment and can stay for long-time with us. Responsibilities:
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Appointing and handling Vendors, service providers in order to ease day to day all organization functions.
- Support in bookkeeping and maintain robust filing system (physical & electronic) to record all important office documents and processes
- Provide general clerical methods, principles, and practices, including suggesting improvements to routines in order to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of the office
- Assisting in accounts related works and sales related records, Inventory audits
- Handling petty cash and dealing with the banks for lodgements and document submission
- Performs other job-related duties as requested, e.g. processing purchase orders and invoices, handling customers’ requests
- Work with manager to reduce office related costs where required
- Assisting human resources in Handling employees, hiring of employees, Onboarding, Leave Management & Pay slips generation
- Co-ordinating with the management for intracompany operations
- Should Handle general facility Management.
**Skills Required**:
- Un compromising communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- Sound knowledge on Computers, networking, and web
- Proficiency on MS Office Preferably Excel and word
- Effective time management skills
- Great Multi-Tasking skills and ability to work under pressure
**Educational Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies
**Required experience**:
- Min. 4+ Years of work experience as Office administrator
- Should have basic accounting Knowledge
- Should have handled office related activities on daily basis
**Required Documents**: Dutch Driving License is mandatory
**Languages**: Punjabi/Hindi/Urdu/English
