An office assistant's responsibilities include a wide range of tasks that help keep an office running smoothly:
- **Administrative tasks**: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate room reservations
- **Document management**: Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence
- **Data management**: Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and records
- **Filing and organization**: Create and manage filing systems
- **Office supply management**: Order supplies, stock supply stations, and ensure equipment is working
- **Supporting staff**: Provide ad hoc support to staff members and departments
- **Research**: Conduct research and compile data upon request
- **Light accounting**: Prepare documents such as invoices, memos, and financial statements
- **Travel arrangements**: Schedule travel arrangements for senior executives
Office assistants should also be able to work with sensitive information with discretion, maintain confidentiality and security, and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations. They should also have strong conversational skills, understanding of language cues, and practice active listening
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
