Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Office Assistant at Arka. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing expense reports, assisting executives, and facilitating communication within the organisation. The role will involve coordinating schedules, oversee daily office operations, arranging meetings and appointments, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations in the office.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in executive administrative assistance and providing executive support
- Ability to manage expense reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administrative assistance skills
- Proficiency in organizational and time management
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Experience in the [Your Industry/Field] is a plus
- Relevant certification or degree in Business Administration or related field
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
