Responsibilities:*

1. Perform advanced level 3 (L3) and level 4 (L4) repairs on various mobile devices including smartphones and tablets.

2. Diagnose hardware and software issues accurately and efficiently.

3. Repair and replace damaged components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, and cameras.

4. Utilize specialized tools and equipment to complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications.

5. Test repaired devices to ensure functionality and quality standards are met.

6. Maintain detailed records of repairs, including parts used and work performed.

7. Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends and repair techniques.

8. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

9. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

*Requirements:*

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in phone repairs, with expertise in L3 and L4 level repairs.

2. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of mobile devices.

3. Strong knowledge of mobile hardware and software components.

4. Ability to use specialized tools and equipment for repairs.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

6. Effective communication skills with both customers and team members.

7. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

8. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications preferred.

*Benefits:*

1. Competitive salary of Rs 20,000 per month.

2. Rs 5,000 allowance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
