**Key Responsibilities**:
Field Service & Maintenance:
Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on Tri Electric’s electric vehicles, including golf carts and other EV products.

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with vehicle components, including motors, controllers, batteries, and electrical systems.

Execute preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and repairs based on service schedules and customer needs.

**Customer Interaction**:
Serve as the primary field technician for on-site repairs and maintenance, ensuring high-quality service.

Communicate with customers to gather information on vehicle issues, provide updates on service progress, and offer recommendations for future maintenance needs.

**Documentation & Reporting**:
Complete service reports, job cards, and other documentation after each service visit.

Maintain accurate records of parts used, work completed, and vehicle status.

Collaboration with Service Team:
Work closely with the Service Coordinator and Service Manager to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Provide feedback on vehicle performance and recommend potential product improvements based on customer interactions and on-site repairs.

**Inventory Management**:
Ensure that service vehicles are stocked with the necessary parts and tools for on-site repairs.

Assist in inventory management by reporting any part shortages or defective items to the relevant teams.

**Key Requirements**:
**Experience**:
Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, preferably in automobile or electric vehicle (EV) maintenance.

**Education**:
Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/EEE) or equivalent with hands-on experience in maintenance work.

**Skills**:
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in vehicles, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair faults.

Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues.

Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Hindi and local state language proficiency is mandatory for effective communication with customers and local teams.

**Personal Attributes**:
Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.
