**Job Title: Import Export Document Executive**

Key Responsibilities:

- **Documentation Management**: Prepare and manage all import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other required documents.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all documentation complies with international trade regulations and company policies. Stay updated with changes in trade laws and regulations.
- **Coordination with Stakeholders**: Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate documentation and shipment.
- **Customs Clearance**: Facilitate customs clearance processes by providing necessary documentation and information to customs authorities. Resolve any issues related to customs documentation.
- **Shipping Schedules**: Monitor and track shipments, ensuring adherence to shipping schedules and resolving any issues that arise during transit.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**: Accurately enter shipment data into the company's ERP or logistics management system. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all import and export activities.
- **Invoice Verification**: Verify supplier and freight invoices against shipping documents and purchase orders. Address discrepancies and ensure accurate payment processing.
- **Reporting**: Generate and provide regular reports on shipment status, documentation compliance, and any issues encountered during the import/export process.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any Field
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in import/export documentation, logistics, or supply chain management.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP or logistics management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
