### Job Title: Sales Executive - FMCG Company

**Location**: NSP (Rohini)

**Experience**: 1-2 years

**Salary**: Up to 25,000 INR
## Responsibilities:

- **Sales Operations**: Actively engage in sales activities, including prospecting, client meetings, and negotiation.
- **Client Relationship**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- **Targets Achievement**: Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- **Reporting**: Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure excellent customer service and address client queries effectively.
## Qualifications and Skills:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years in sales roles, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- **Education**: Relevant degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- **Sales Skills**: Demonstrated sales abilities with a track record of achieving targets.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Negotiation**: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- **Result-driven**: Self-motivated and driven to achieve and surpass sales goals.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
