We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our product range.

As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales and expanding our customer base for our instant cocktail mix products. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue for instant cocktail mixes within your assigned territory.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Drive product awareness and brand presence by conducting product demos and providing training to sales staff at retail outlets.
- Identify potential sales channels and customers, and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions to the management team.
- Work closely with marketing and support teams to ensure effective product launches, promotional activities, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage stock levels with distributors and ensure timely supply to meet customer demands.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of FMCG sales processes, trade channels, and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Immediate joiner preferred.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
