**Overview**:
We are looking for a product marketing professional who can understand customer needs and how the product meets them, help with positioning and messaging of assets, collaborate on content marketing and campaigns, support sales enablement, and drive product-led growth.

As a member of the Growth team, they will get high visibility into the business and play an active part in ensuring we position and sell our products effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing all product-related communication from Synaptic—ensuring that product messaging, feature updates, release notes, help docs, and in-platform notifications are clear, compelling, and aligned with our value proposition
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Data Science and Analyst teams to align on value proposition and drive PLG
- Researching user behaviour and competitors to identify opportunities for enhancing product and messaging
- Creating high-impact product content, including interactive demos, educational resources, marketplace listings, onboarding guides, and in-app blurbs, to clearly communicate product value and improve user adoption

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, consulting, market research, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to write insightful & interesting content
- Voracious reader, ability to stay on top of market trends, news and happenings
- Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze data, synthesize information, and draw insights
- High agency and ownership, ability to work independently
