Store Supervisor

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient inventory management, maintaining stock levels, and supervising store staff. The role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage logistics and store activities efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Store Operations**:
- Supervise daily store activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement store policies and procedures for efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the store.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement.
- **Team Supervision & Leadership**:
- Assign tasks to store staff and monitor performance.
- Train and mentor team members on store processes and safety protocols.
- Address staff concerns and ensure a motivated work environment.
- **Stock & Material Handling**:
- Oversee receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials.
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation policies.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
- Maintain purchase orders, stock registers, and other store-related documents.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock movements.
- Report discrepancies, shortages, or damages to the management.
- **Compliance & Safety**:
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and store management guidelines.
- Comply with company policies, procurement standards, and regulatory requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
