**ob Title**: Outlet Supervisor
**Location**: Amma’s Pastries - Kothamangalam
**Reports To**: Area/Operations Manager

**Job Purpose**

The Outlet Supervisor will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining product quality, managing staff, and achieving operational standards as per company guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Outlet Operations**:

- Oversee daily outlet functioning including opening & closing procedures.
- Ensure product display, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores/production for replenishment.
- **Team Management**:

- Supervise outlet staff (sales & housekeeping).
- Prepare duty rosters and allocate responsibilities.
- Train and guide staff on customer service, product knowledge, and SOPs.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure excellent service and handle customer queries/complaints effectively.
- Maintain positive customer relations to build outlet reputation.
- **Sales & Reporting**:

- Monitor daily sales and ensure cash/UPI transactions tally with system.
- Prepare and submit daily sales/stock reports to management.
- Support in achieving outlet sales targets through promotions and upselling.
- **Compliance & Standards**:

- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, hygiene, food safety, and audit requirements.
- Maintain proper records of wastage, stock movement, and staff attendance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in retail/F&B supervision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented with problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (billing, reporting, MS Excel).
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
