**About the Role**:
Atenas Fraternity is seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Admission Counselor** to join our team at our Vashi, Navi Mumbai location. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for a motivated individual passionate about supporting students in achieving their academic and career goals. The Admission Counselor will play a vital role in guiding students through academic challenges, personal development, and career planning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to support students academically, personally, and professionally
- Assist students in making informed career decisions through individualized guidance and career planning
- Develop and implement student support programs tailored to specific academic or personal development needs
- Organize workshops, seminars, and events that promote student well-being, engagement, and success
- Coordinate closely with faculty and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student support
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation
- Provide timely follow-up and support to ensure student progress and satisfaction
- Contribute to the development of a positive, supportive campus environment

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any stream
- Strong counseling and active listening skills
- Proven experience in developing and implementing student support initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed student records and handling confidential information
- Knowledge of career guidance methodologies and student development principles
- Experience in the education or aviation industry is an added advantage
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to student success

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
