We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sublimation
Printer Operator. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for operating our state-of-the-art sublimation printer machine to produce high-quality prints on various apparel items.

Responsiblities:
1. Operate sublimation printer machine efficiently and safely to produce accurate and vibrant prints on apparel items.

2.. Prepare and pre-treat garments for printing, ensuring proper alignment and placement.

3. Monitor printing process to maintain quality standards and make adjustments as needed.

4. Troubleshoot technical issues with the printer and perform routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment in optimal condition.

5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of printing supplies and equipment.

6. Collaborate with other team members to fulfill orders and meet production deadlines.

7. Follow established procedures and guidelines for quality control and waste reduction.

8. Assist with other production tasks and and projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating sublimation printer machines preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to a few kilos (i.e; Printing papers, ink cans etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
