Azure DevOps Scrum Master

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the adoption of Agile and Scrum practices within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful delivery of software projects using Azure DevOps and Scrum methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and product owners, to drive continuous improvement and achieve project goals.

**Responsibilities**:
l Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile development teams, promoting and facilitating Agile and Scrum practices.

l Guide the team in effective planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and Scrum framework.

l Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring their effectiveness and value.

l Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, values, and practices, fostering a collaborative and self-organizing team culture.

l Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog, ensuring its readiness for sprint planning.

l Monitor and track team progress, removing any obstacles or impediments that hinder the team's ability to deliver high-quality software.

l Ensure the team is following established engineering practices, such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, and test automation.

l Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile teams to drive continuous improvement and share best practices across the organization.

l Contribute to the refinement and improvement of Agile and Scrum practices within the organization, keeping up with industry trends and advancements.

l Act as a servant leader, promoting transparency, empowerment, and collaboration within the team and across the organization.

**Requirements**:
l Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment.

l Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.

l Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar tools for managing Agile projects, including backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting.

l Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and interact with cross-functional teams.

l Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to address challenges and promote continuous improvement.

l Experience in coaching and mentoring team members on Agile practices and Scrum ceremonies.

l Familiarity with software development practices, such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, and test automation.

l Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and requirements.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
