**Production Officer / Executive**

Location: Boisar

Reports To: Production Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Production Officer/Executive is responsible for overseeing the production process in the resin, pigment, additives, and solvent industries. This role involves managing production schedules, ensuring the quality of products, optimizing resource use, and adhering to safety and environmental regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Ø Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and company goals.

Ø Coordinate production activities with other departments (e.g., quality control, maintenance, supply chain).

Ø Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely completion of products.

Ø Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

Ø Conduct regular inspections and quality checks throughout the production process.

Ø Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.

Ø Manage the efficient use of materials, labor, and equipment.

Ø Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Ø Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.

Ø Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Ø Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.

Ø Implement and maintain safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Ø Supervise and train production staff.

Ø Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Ø Address employee concerns and performance issues.

Ø Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Ø Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Ø Prepare reports for management on production performance and issues.

**Qualifications**:
Ø Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Ø Minimum 08 years of experience in production management, preferably in the resin, pigment, additives, or solvent industries.

Ø Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.

Ø Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

Ø Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ø Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ø Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Ø Leadership and team management capabilities.

**Physical Requirements**:
Ø Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to chemicals and machinery.

Ø Ability to lift and carry materials up to [Y] pounds.

Ø Ability to stand, walk, and move around the production floor for extended periods.

**Working Conditions**:
Ø Full-time position with standard working hours.

Ø May require occasional overtime or weekend work to meet production targets.

Ø Working in a manufacturing plant with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and chemical substances.

**CTC- Between 4 to 5 Lacs Per Annum**

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
