**Major Deliverables / Job Profile**:

- Part of ER&D as Full time Scrum Master in Product Development Operations across various programs
- Accountable for establishing Scrum in the squad/agile team.
- Establish/Facilitate/Participate in key agile ceremonies across co-located & virtual teams.
- Excellent communication skills as you will be required to interact with multiple and diverse stakeholders as well as provide status on a regular basis to all stakeholders.
- Flexible with a practical, servant mind-set. Ability to challenge the status quo whilst not impacting deliverables
- Facilitates the removal of impediments / obstacles-Supports the team in addressing and eliminating these issues to improve the likelihood of achieving the objectives of the team.
- Supports Product Owner to manage backlog and supporting them in making product decision through product management technics.
- Supporting projects using Engineering principles and techniques

**Skills**:

- Good understanding of Product Development life cycle and various gateways
- Experience of Project Management and coordination.
- Experience of managing projects & backlogs in tools such as Confluence & JIRA.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to manage projects across diverse teams and an ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Passion for learning, training and mentoring
