**Job Description: Sales and Marketing Intern**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist in generating and qualifying sales leads through research and outreach.
- Help maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) databases.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing sales presentations, and organizing follow-up communications.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments, competitors, and industry trends.
- Assist in compiling data and preparing reports to help inform sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- **Content Creation & Social Media**:

- Assist in creating and editing marketing content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and website.
- Help manage and schedule posts across various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media engagement and assist in responding to customer inquiries.
- **Campaign Support**:

- Aid in the development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Track and report on the performance of ongoing campaigns, providing insights and suggestions for optimization.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Assist in coordinating product or service demonstrations for potential clients.
- **Administrative Assistance**:

- Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including preparing reports, organizing marketing materials, and assisting with event planning.
- **Learning & Development**:

- Participate in training and learning opportunities to develop skills in sales, marketing, and business strategy.
- Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Current student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales and marketing with a desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous internship or work experience in a sales, marketing, or customer service role (not required).
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or content management systems (CMS) is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- Internship position full-time.
- Duration of internship: 3 months (with the possibility of extension or full-time offer based on performance).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
