**Job description**

**Job Title**: Tele caller /Inside sales Representative

**Location**: Madura Nagar, Hyderabad

**Salary**: 15,000 to 25,000 per month + INCENTIVES (Based on performance)
**Work Hours**: Full-time 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
**6 day working / week**
**Work Environment**: In office

Key Responsibilities:
**Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
**Lead Generation**: Identify and generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and online research.
**Product Promotion**: Explain and promote products/services to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
**Customer Interaction**: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
**Sales Conversion**: Persuade potential customers to purchase products/services and achieve sales targets.
**Database Management**: Maintain and update customer information in the database accurately.
**Follow-up**: Follow up on leads and prospects to ensure high conversion rates.
**Feedback Collection**:Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience and suggestions for improvement.
**Market Research**:Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and trends.
**Report Generation**: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on call activities and sales achievements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Education**: Graduates in any field.
**Experience**: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
**Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant voice.
**Customer Service**: Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
**Language Skills**:Proficiency in English, Hindi and other native languages.

Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹25,567.25 per month
