**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to generate leads or qualify prospects.
- Handle incoming queries, resolve issues, upsell/cross‑sell where applicable.
- Maintain call logs and update CRM daily.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and quality scores.
- Should be Comfortable with dialer and basic data entry.
