**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote DETAILR’s detailing and car wash services.
- Focus on client onboarding by providing clear, detailed information about service offerings and answering any client questions.
- Maintain an organized database of potential clients and document each call with details for follow-up.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for client outreach and onboarding.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Actively listen to client needs, providing solutions and suggesting service options that best suit them.
- Gather and share client feedback with the team to continuously improve our offerings.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-4 years of experience in a telecalling or customer service role, preferably in the service or automobile industry.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a goal-oriented approach to meeting targets.
- Experience with CRM tools and MS Office Suite is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, patience, and resilience in handling customer interactions.
