**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update leads, prospects, and customer data in the CRM system.
- Segment leads based on source, interest, and status for targeted follow-ups.
- Track and report on CRM metrics (response time, follow-up effectiveness, etc.).
- Ensure accuracy of customer data and maintain records of all client interactions.
- Provide support during site visits, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Handle post-sale client communication to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field and etc
- 1-2 years of CRM experience in real estate or a similar customer-focused industry.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms like Sell.Do, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple leads at various stages.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

**3.**Hindi and any other

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
