Refrigeration Operator

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Read and interpret schematics for various systems, including refrigeration and plumbing setups.
- Collaborate with team members to design, build, and improve operational processes.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and service reports.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during operations.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with skills in equipment repair and maintenance.
- Familiarity with refrigeration systems, plumbing, and basic design principles.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively.
- Experience as a van driver is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
