Steward

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a steward. The steward will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and supporting the kitchen staff as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashers or by hand-washing.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, including stoves, ovens, grills, and refrigerators.
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables properly and maintain cleanliness in trash disposal areas.
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and assembling dishes.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of food items, use of cleaning chemicals, and adherence to sanitation guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a positive guest experience and efficient operation of the hotel.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with inquiries and providing information about menu items and dining options.
- Demonstrate proper dining etiquette and service techniques when serving food and beverages to guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized appearance while on duty, including wearing appropriate attire and adhering to grooming standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
