**Experience**: 1-4 years (Preferred: Building Material / Tile Adhesive)

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented **Sales Officer** for our **Tile Adhesive Division** in Nagpur. The role requires field sales experience and strong networking skills to expand our dealer and project network.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell tile adhesive products in the assigned territory.
- Identify and onboard new dealers, applicators, and project clients.
- Conduct product demos and site visits.
- Monitor competitor activity and submit market feedback.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and deliveries.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field (Preferred: BE or MBA).
- 1+ year experience in field sales (Preferably in construction chemicals, adhesives, or building materials).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned area.
