- Support Analyst must have excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose, evaluate and resolve complex problem situations, or when appropriate, escalate or route them appropriately
- Support Analyst will indulge in root cause analysis, develop checklists for typical problems and recommend procedures and controls for problem prevention
- This position indulges on teamwork by sharing information and assisting others with work orders
- To offer recommendations based on various metrics on how to improve the support process in its entirety

**Salary**: ₹13,610.57 - ₹25,000.00 per month
