Roles and Responsibility:

- Handle purchase of software licenses, internet plans, and service subscriptions
- Issue purchase orders and follow up on vendor deliveries and timelines.
- Negotiate with vendors for best pricing, credit terms, and warranties.
- Maintain records of purchases, stock levels, vendor details, and billing.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to understand service requirements
- Track renewals of service contracts, AMCs, and warranties
- Identify reliable vendors and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and client SLAs.
- Prepare purchase reports, cost analysis, and stock movement summaries.
- Source and procure items like routers, switches, access points, firewalls, servers, cables, and other network/IT devices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
