**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our design team to conceptualize and execute original patterns and designs for mink blankets.
- Utilize CAD software to translate design concepts into detailed drafts and technical specifications.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends and techniques in têxtile design to ensure our products remain at the forefront of the industry.
- Liaise with our production teams to ensure the feasibility and quality of designs during the manufacturing process.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer preferences and market trends in the têxtile industry.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field from a college like NIFT.
- Demonstrable experience as a Textile Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in CAD software.
- Thorough understanding of têxtile design principles, including color theory, pattern development, and fabric construction.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar programs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Keen attention to detail and a discerning eye for design aesthetics.
- Previous experience in the têxtile industry, particularly in the production of mink blankets, is preferred but not essential.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
