Job Title: Senior Merchandiser (Home Textiles / Export)

Location: Panipat

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month (Negotiable) + Attractive Incentives

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Merchandiser from the home

textile export industry who can independently handle buyer accounts and

bring business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have an existing

buyer network and be capable of managing complete merchandising

operations — from product development to shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage existing buyer accounts and develop new business

relationships.

● Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams for timely

execution of buyer orders.

● Handle sampling, costing, approvals, production follow-ups, and

shipment documentation.

● Maintain strong buyer communication through emails and virtual

meetings.

● Ensure all product and shipment timelines are met per buyer

requirements.

● Prepare order status reports and update management on production

progress.

● Contribute to company growth by bringing new buyers or business

leads.

Requirements:

● Graduate/Diploma in Textiles, Fashion, or Merchandising.

● 3–5 years of experience as a Merchandiser in a textile export house.

● Must have an existing buyer or the capability to bring buyer

accounts.

● Excellent communication, costing, and follow-up skills.

● Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence.

● Strong understanding of export processes and product development.
