1. Uploading/Submitting the Tenders (General/Technical/Commercial) in the ONLINE/ offline tenders Platform. (**Central Procurement Portal, Gem Portal, SRM-SAP, tender wizard, all government and private e
- tendering sites such as MSEB, SAIL, NPCIL, BPCL, HPCL, TATA Steel India MART ,Justdial ,Trade India strong knowledge etc.)**

2. Preparing the proposals( Technical & Commercial)

3. Getting /Procuring Digital Certificates for ONLINE Tenders Participation.

4. Attending the tender opening and pre-bid meeting when required.

5. Assist department with all documents support

6. Liaison with Govt. Department for Vendor Registration, Approvals and Renewal.

7. Submitting documents for getting new registration as approved vendor

8. Assistance for preparation and submission of different types Bank Guarantee’s like Bid security and performance Bank guarantee’s.

Identify tender opportunities through online and offline platforms.

Manage tenders on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and other platforms.

Preparation and submission of technical and financial bids in line with tender requirements.

Coordinate with different departments for documentation, vendor registrations, and queries related to tenders.

Review tender documents and ensure compliance with tender requirements.

Maintain and update tender documentation, records, and reports.

Monitor the tender status and follow up on bid results.

Ensure timely submission of tenders and support in post-tender negotiations if needed.

Build relationships with key stakeholders and government officials for tendering processes.

Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and changes in tendering procedures.
