**Role**: Process Trainer Operations

**Location**:Bangalore

**Shift Pattern**:Mon to friday (sat and sun off)

**Salary**:3.8 - 4 LPA

**Age**:26 - 30 Years

**Requirements**:

- Good command over written and verbal English is mandatory
- Should know any two south indian languages
- Should be cooperative with rotational shifts

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling customer queries via call
- Offering proactive assistance to customers
- Acquire and validate the information and provide it to the customers with full efficiency
- Ensure customer satisfaction by fulfilling their needs

**Experience**:

- total work: 1.2 - 2 years of experience as Process trainer in outbound (sales / collections) Preferably from any domestic BPO required.

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Two south indian (Malayalam/Tamil/Kannada/Telugu)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
