Hiring for Process Trainer

Experience: Minimum 1 Year BPO Trainer

Job Location - Bommanahalli Bangalore

Job Description:
a) Identify and access future and current training needs

b) Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses client and ops Needs

c) Deploy a wide variety of training methods in the new hires and refreshers

d) Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, development, and best Practices

e) Preparing Training Reports, Dashboards, and Review Presentation

f) Regular Updates to be rolled out on the floor, Periodic PKT on the floor and self-login to be updated on product/process/customer VO

h) Provide Opportunities for ongoing Development

i) Business Intelligence for operational deliverables and excellence

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month
