**Monitor Non-Delivered Shipments**: Regularly track and review shipment statuses to identify orders marked as undelivered or delayed.
- **Generate NDRs**: Create and maintain accurate non-delivery reports for all undelivered shipments, ensuring detailed documentation of reasons for non-delivery (e.g., address issues, customer unavailability, etc.).
- **Investigate Delivery Issues**: Work closely with courier partners to investigate reasons for failed deliveries, ensuring thorough follow-up and action.
- **Coordinate with Internal Teams**: Communicate with the customer service, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure timely resolution of delivery issues.

Pay: ₹10,015.57 - ₹19,891.37 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
