International Sales Executive (Australian Energy Process) role:
Job Title:
International Sales Executive - Australian Energy Process

**Location**:
Saket, Delhi

Shift Timing:
5:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Age Limit:
Up to 34 years

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream)

**Salary**:

- Freshers: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 + Attractive Incentives
- Experienced (International BPO Sales): ₹22,000 - ₹35,000 + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell Australian energy-related products and services to international customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects with clarity and persuasion.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Handle objections, complaints, and negotiations in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to optimize results.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to adapt to a competitive sales environment.
- Resilience to work under pressure and handle rejection positively.
- Cool-tempered with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and explain products/services effectively.

Experience Required:

- Freshers are welcome.
- Prior experience in International BPO sales (preferred, not mandatory).
