Job Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure customer demand is met.
- Plan and allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to achieve production targets.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet changing demands or unexpected events.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of materials for production.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Analyze production data and make recommendations for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that equipment is properly maintained and available for production.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all production planning activities.
- Develop and maintain documentation and records related to production planning activities.

Job Requirements:

- A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in production planning in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of film calendaring/extrusion, thermoforming, injection moulding on plastic variants including PVC, PP, FRP, ABS, HDPE and Nylon.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
- Good project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to industrial manufacturing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Daman, Daman and Diu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
