**Job Title**: Receptionist cum Customer Care Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage appointments and schedule meetings for staff and management
- Provide accurate information about company services and products to clients and visitors
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence
- Coordinate with different departments to fulfill customer needs and facilitate smooth communication
- Maintain records of customer interactions, purchases, and feedback
- Support in organizing events or promotional activities as required

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management software
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position
- Office environment
- Typical working hours, with flexibility as necessary

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
