**Description**:

- V Care is looking for a passionate and goal driven Field sales executive. As a Field Sales Executive at V Care Financial Services, you will be bridging the gap between financial services and the MSME industry. Operating at the intersection of finance and industry, you will immerse yourself in the challenges faced by MSMEs in defence, Agro, and metal manufacturing, crafting bespoke solutions that fuel their growth and resilience. This isn’t just a sales role - it’s about transforming how businesses think about financing, offering a strategic partnership that empowers them to scale operations, optimise cash flows, and navigate complex supply chain dynamics.
- Your role will combine on-the-ground insights with strategic salesmanship, enabling you to become a trusted advisor to business owners. By understanding their unique production cycles, raw material needs, and financial bottlenecks, you will deliver customised loan solutions that go beyond traditional lending. With V Care’s expansive portfolio and your industry expertise, you’ll shape the financial trajectory of India’s most dynamic MSMEs. In essence, you won’t just be selling financial products - you’ll be empowering industries, driving growth, and being at the forefront of redefining financial services for the manufacturing sector.

**Roles And Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and secure new business opportunities while carrying out field sales processes.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and explore opportunities.

3. Understanding the various problems faced by the business and advising tailor made solutions to prospective clients.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective advisory services.

5. Leverage insights to penetrate new market segments / industry.

6. Gain a deep understanding of V Care’s product offerings and effectively position them to potential clients.

7. Strengthen relationships with existing Clients and identify new clients in unrepresented areas, ensuring a strong market presence.

8. Conduct competition mapping and analysis to understand market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

9. Establish and develop new customers for the company in a defined geographic market or industry.

10. Generate new business for V Care by Identifying potential leads and leveraging references from existing manufacturers and their Suppliers

**Specific Requirements**:
1. Prior experience in Field Sales in FMCG/ Pharmaceutical/ Payment Solutions/ Edtech industry.

2. Good understanding of a Dealer Distribution Network & their nuances

**Basic Requirements**:
2. Work from office (Jayanagar) is compulsory.

4. Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil or any south regional dialects is an added advantage

Pay: ₹500,311.02 - ₹600,773.73 per year
