**Job Title**: Front Office Executive (Female)

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Timings**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and route phone calls in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls for staff and management.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front office and reception area.
- Assist with managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely restocking.
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels as needed.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining office documents, records, and filing systems.
- Provide support for HR and administrative tasks as required by the team.
- Oversee the handling of incoming and outgoing couriers and postal services.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments and handle daily office tasks efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a front office or receptionist role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
