**We are Hiring an Admin Executive(M)**
**Interview Mode**: Face to Face
**Job Location**:Okhla, Delhi
**Experience**: 1 - 2 Years
**Salary**:up to INR 20,000/

**Qualification**:Graduate
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Managing Front Desk (attending Calls & Connecting to Concern Employee)
- Visitor Coordination
- Coordinating with Vendors for timely supplies
- Workstation arrangements, seat updation reports, Boardroom & Conference Room Bookings
- Preparing MIS related to Administration Expenses
- Managing consumable stock i.e. pantry items, stationery & housekeeping
- Billing, Petty Cash, PO generation, Coordination with Procurement team for billing, invoices, receipts,
- Travel executions including (Visa, tickets, Forex etc.)
- Working Knowledge of MS Office is a must
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
