Proficiency of MS office (Especially Ms Excel and Word) Excellent inter and intra department communications as this role will need a lot of internal and external coordination. Help in organizing and managing team’s documents/agreements, printing and getting filing done and preparing reports of the same on monthly basis as per requirement. Maintain track of printed and executed legal documents/agreements by legal team and make report for the same Maintain reports for notices, letters and replies sent by legal team and regularly updating course of action Follow up on documents sent to external parties until received and getting them filed Checking final both parties signed agreements/documents received raise discrepancies if any or circulate the same to RMS, accounts and concern business teams and maintain record for the same. The responsibilities of this position includes:
