**Title **:Trainer - English and Soft Skills

**Qualifications**: Bachelor's (preferred)

**Location**: Training Center Level / Mysore, KA

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Good and effective communication in Kannada, English
- Good command of verbal, written and spoken English
- Excellent Computer skills especially MS Excel and MS word.
- Should have Good Communication & Motivational skill.
- Knowledge of Govt. skill development projects specially DDU-GKY.
- Must have teaching skills and all relevant and related attributes.
- Ability to prepare a lesson plan and design curriculum.
- Undergo e-SOP certification in Operations on joining the centre

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Deliver training sessions on communicative English, functional English and Soft Skills.
- Conduct demo sessions on English spoken language and organise mock interviews for their placements.
- Conducts classes about soft skills and how to face the interview, how to maintain discipline in centres etc.
- Conduct Weekly seminars on general topics and create a platform to express themselves in English.
- Prepare an action plan and submit weekly reports to the State office.
- Demonstrates understanding of Employability skills, teaching materials, and procedures with an understanding of various teaching methods.
- Provides job search/career information workshops and presentations as needed.
- Facilitates career counselling, evaluation, skills training, job readiness training and other activities related to employment transition.
- Support team in Mobilization, Placement, MIS, Counselling of Students etc.
- Work as "second in command" to manage Center
- in charge work.
