The candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy and align work with organizational goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Planning and execution of the Soft Skill Training. * Collecting and verifying MIS data from employers and submitting reports. * Facilitate the placement of trained youth. * To ensure gender and diversity analysis is applied across all levels of program planning and delivery. * Ensuring successful achievement of project target. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any stream. - Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or similar role. - Strong understanding of soft skills development and training methodologies. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to inspire and motivate students to develop their soft skills. - Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities. - Previous experience in an educational or training institution is preferred.
